Illusions
It just so happened, That when I gazed out of my bedroom window, This Sunday dawn,
Something grandiose, monumental, illuminating Descended on me: "Sunrise" is an outrageous misnomer, hoax, mind game,
Since Earth does the orbiting, rotating. It's the movement of our planet around that star That gives the sun the appearance it's ascending.
Which has led me, by convoluted turns, degrees, To this disquieting misgiving, this skeptical question: Is life just another illusion, a delusion?
